hello lemon ships worldwide using NZ Post.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are sent out as soon as possible, usually the same day the order is received. Orders from New Zealand should arrive within 2-4 business days. For orders outside of New Zealand please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

We think they’re very reasonable! We only ever charge enough to cover our shipping and packaging costs. Everything is calculated according to weight and value at the end of the checkout process.

Please note that any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer.

 

NEED YOUR STUFF URGENTLY?

We understand! Send us an email at hello@hellolemon.com with your order number and we’ll make sure it’s sent out ASAP. We can also send your package by express mail for an extra cost but please note that for customers outside of New Zealand this can be an expensive option.

 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We hope that you’re happy with your hello lemon goodies, but if you have a problem then all we ask is that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

As long as your item is still its original excellent condition we’ll happily give you a refund or exchange it for something else you like. However, the cost of returning the item to hello lemon is your responsibility, as is the item until it reaches us.

In the event of a refund we’ll put the full amount of the item back into the account you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we sent you the wrong thing in the first place.
